2026 STEM YEA Volunteer Sign Up Form

Enter your or another volunteer's contact information to sign-up for volunteering for the STEM YEA Academy to be held Thursday, July 9th through Sunday, July 12th, 2026 at Kutztown University, Kutztown, PA.

Once you have completed the form information, press the SUBMIT button to record your entry. An email will be sent to you confirming the information you entered.

All overnight volunteers will receive two District 7430 Youth Protection compliance emails. The first email will be from STEMYEA2022@gmail.com with instructions using personal records on file to complete volunteer eligibility requirements. The second email will be directly from Beth Massa, our Youth Clearance Manager, regarding the required background check information when working with youth in District 7430. Once all Youth Protection requirements are submitted and approved, the volunteer and the Youth Services Director will be notified.
